Personal Coaching & Private Sessions Contract: 

Cancellation and Use Policy

To ensure quality and consistency of service for all customers, please read and agree to the following policy:

1. Monthly Usage Requirement:

All Personal Coaching and Private Sessions must be used within the same calendar month in which they were purchased. Unused sessions will not carry over to the following month unless previously approved in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy with 24 Hours' Notice:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full and counted as used.

No exceptions will be made unless it is an emergency and proof is provided.

3. Validity of the Package:

All packages are valid for up to 1 month from the date of payment.

After 1 month, unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable.

4. Payments:

Sessions and packages are only considered confirmed once full payment has been received.

5. No Refund Policy:

Once the plan or package has been delivered and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances. Your purchase guarantees time, effort, and a schedule tailored to your goals.
